Kids with disabilities face so many physical obstacles, they should not have to face emotional obstacles as well. If Nike were to design a really amazing, sporty wheelchair for kids, those kids could be proud of their chair, and their friends would think it is cool.

Here is one possible rendering. I want to work on this with Nike and with experts in wheelchair design to make sure the chair is lightweight, easy to use, rugged, etc.

This could even be done with a foundation which allows anyone to help sponsor a kid by donating towards the cost of the chair.

A 3% camber gives a sporty look, without impacting move effort or ability to fit through doorways. There could also be a power assist option, a small solar charger for their phones, a bluetooth speaker.....
