It is in a quite area with the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other.

Casa de la Esperanza is located on a secluded private beach offering lots of opportunity to get away from the crowds and noise that can plague Puerto Vallarta during high season.

The only sounds you are likely to hear are the waves crashing on the beach. From your private balcony you can catch glimpses of dolphins chasing after flying fish, or watch the pelicans feed in the waters only a few feet away. Our private beach is Los Venados beach which is located between Playa Punta Negra and Playa Garza Blanca Beaches

Casa de la Esperanza has been newly remodeled throughout, and has been tastefully decorated with traditional Mexican furniture and art works.

All rooms are cooled with seperate remote controlled air conditioning, providing year round comfort in every room.

The master bedroom contains a king size bed, large wardrobe, dresser and writing table.   The master bathroom features a large shower and tub, double vanity, and theatrical lighting.

Each bedroom has King size beds and its own bathroom with shower. We also offer a color satellite TV, and free local phone calls.
